Food Label: Nicole Eippers: Sardin' Club

I received this food label collage from Nicole Eippers of Melin, Belgium (Bellgique). It is amazing. I tried translating the caption next to the plum colored club building....One sardine says to the other....???

Food Label: Free Flowing Salt : Artist Unknown...

I received this fish-y visage with embroidered gold fish and the postage stamp has a fish too. All I can glean from the stamp is that the person who sent this is from the USA, I don't see a postmark anywhere. It is surprizing that this made it through the postal system...a piece of handmade paper adhered to the salt label...and my address started to fall off on the 5204 piece of collage. Another clue is this salt is from Cincinnati, Ohio....which doesn't necessarily mean whoever sent this to me is from Ohio. I love this mysterious fish-y object.
